Oscars 2022 - Nominierungen: THE POWER OF THE DOG vor DUNE und BELFAST bzw. WEST SIDE STORY

 Am 8.2.22 wurden die Nominierungen für die 94. Oscars 2022 bekannt gegeben

Am meisten Nominierungen holte THE POWER OF THE DOG mit insgesamt zwölf, davon Beste Regie und Bestes adaptiertes Drehbuch von Jane Campion plus 4 Cast-Nominierungen. DUNE ergatterte zehn Nominierungen und BELFAST und WEST SIDE STORY erhielten je sieben. Hans Zimmer wurde nach dem Gewinn des Golden Golobes 22 für die Filmmusik von DUNE und der Nominierung für den BAFTA 22 nun ebenfalls für den Oscar nominiert.
